Receptionist: Hello, the Grand Hotel. How can I help you?
Client: Hello. I'll be visiting London next week and I'd like to make a reservation in your hotel. My friend has recently stayed at it and said it was perfect.
Receptionist: We are very happy to hear that. You have made an excellent choice, sir. We are located in the historical part of the city, so if it's your first visit to London, it won't take you long to get to the major attractions. Let's see if we have some rooms for the dates you need. When is your reservation for?
Client: It's for three nights, starting with the 13th of this month.
Receptionist: I see. Would you like a single or a double room?
Client: A single, please. I'm travelling alone.
Receptionist: Let me check. OK? Yes, that's fine. I have a nice room for you. And your name is?
Client: My name is Robert Brown. Could you please tell me how much it will be?
Receptionist: Yes, sure. It is £95 a night. Is that OK? I believe it's not that expensive considering our prime location.
Client: Yes, that's fine. The price sounds quite reasonable to me. Is breakfast included?
Receptionist: Sure. We serve both traditional British and continental breakfast. It's very tasty. Can I get your credit card number, please?
Client: Yes, it's a visa. 4978 6789 4567 1256. And what facilities do you have?
Receptionist: Well, we've got room service, of course. There is a nice restaurant on the top floor that serves traditional British cuisine, so you can try roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and cakes and anything else you would like. At the weekend, we also serve five o'clock tea with delicious sandwiches as a compliment for our guests, so it's free.
Client: Oh, what a pity! I'm leaving on Friday night.
Receptionist: Oh, maybe next time then, right? OK, back to our facilities. We've also got a spa in our hotel. I'm afraid the choice of spa rituals is rather limited, but if you need to relax after a hard working day, or a long walking tour around London, I'm sure you'll be able to find something to your liking.
Client: Alright, I'm not a fan of spas, but I'll take it into consideration.
Receptionist: Would you like to find anything else out there?
Client: No, thank you.
Receptionist: We are looking forward to seeing you on the 13th, sir.
Client: Thanks a lot. Goodbye.
