Client: Good morning. My friend has recently ordered a tour to Spain in your agency and he was very happy with it. I wonder if you can help me as well.
Manager: We'll do our best to make sure you will have a trip of your dream. What country do you have in mind?
Client: I've been thinking about going to Spain, too. I was very much impressed by my friend's photos. I guess this is a very interesting country.
Manager: This is an excellent choice, sir. Are you going to travel alone?
Client: No, it's me, my wife and our teenage daughter. We always have family holidays.
Manager: I see. When would you like to have a tour?
Client: Is it possible to book a tour starting on the 25th of July?
Manager: Sure. I suggest you should have a look at the Royal Hotel. It's not a big hotel, but it's very cosy, away from big crowds and noisy discos. You'll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet there.
Client: That sounds good, but is it far from the major places of interest in Spain? I wouldn't like to waste much time getting to the sights I want to see.
Manager: You've made a very good point here. The Royal is out of the question then. In such a case, I'd recommend you the Concord Hotel. It's much bigger than the Royal, but it won't take you more than an hour to get to the most interesting places in Spain.
Client: Is it noisy? I'd really love some peace and quiet.
Manager: I don't think so. They are a family hotel. There can be some families with toddlers though. So, if it's a problem, then we can have a look at one more hotel.
Client: No, small kids are great, it's no problem. It's the noisy discos I'm worried about. Does the hotel have a good beach?
Manager: In fact, it's one of the best beaches in Spain, with all the facilities you can imagine.
Client: It sounds perfect. Does the hotel have a gym and a spa? I love to have a cardio session in the morning while my wife wants to relax, as she has a very stressful job. She's a teacher.
Manager: Yes, the gym is fully equipped and free of charge. As for the spa, there will be an extra charge, but it's like that in most hotels anyway.
Client: Sure, well I think I'm going to order this tour now. When can I come to your agency?
Manager: We work every day from 9am to 7pm. We'll be expecting you. Don't forget that if you come today, you'll get a 10% discount on the tour.
