Kevin: Hi, Linda! Long time no see! How are you getting on?
Linda: Oh, hi, Kevin! I'm fine, thank you. How about you?
Kevin: The same. So, how was your trip to London? Did you enjoy it?
Linda: How do you know that I was in London? I don't remember telling you that. In fact, I didn't tell anyone except my parents. It was an absolutely spontaneous decision for me to go there.
Kevin: I dropped in at your place some days ago, as I wanted to invite you to go to the cinema with me. Your mother told me you were in London.
Linda: I see. Well, what can I say? London is fantastic. Every time I go there, I find something new to see, some more new places to explore and some more new food to try.
Kevin: So what did you do in London?
Linda: The most exciting thing I did in London this time was to go on a city jogging tour.
Kevin: I've never heard of such tours. What are they like?
Linda: Basically, this is a six-kilometre running tour that stops off at many of London's famous sites such as Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
Kevin: It seems to me this is a very memorable and healthy way to experience London.
Linda: I totally agree with you about that.
Kevin: Was it hard for you to go jogging for such a long distance?
Linda: Come on, Kevin. Six kilometres is a piece of cake for me. You know, I go jogging practically every morning in the local park, in any kind of weather. My normal distance is 10 km so the jogging tour was pretty easy for me.
Kevin: I see. Were there many people on that tour? I doubt it as this sort of tour doesn't suit everybody.
Linda: There were about 30 of us. If there had been more people it would have made the tour more difficult for the guide to lead, in my opinion.
Kevin: True. So what else did you do while in London? Did you take any other exciting tours?
Linda: One more tour I took was a movie tour around London. We visited different film locations in and around London. Our guides were all local actors and actresses. They were great storytellers.
Kevin: Did you see the locations for The Dark Knight?
Linda: Yes, I did. I also saw the locations for The Bourne Ultimatum, Pirates of the Caribbean Part 4, and many others.
Kevin: I love those films, Linda. You're so lucky.
Linda: Well Kevin, you can take both of these tours next time you are in London. They are quite affordable, so please don't think that they cost a fortune.
Kevin: That's a good idea.
