Hi Kate! I've found two photos which I think work really well for our project "Travelling", and I'd like to tell you about them.
Both photos show people enjoying different ways of travelling. One photo shows a group of tourists in London. They are listening to their guide, who is showing them famous landmarks in the city. In the other photo, there is a couple hiking in the mountains. They are walking along a rocky trail, enjoying the beautiful natural scenery around them.
These two ways of travelling are quite different. Sightseeing in a city is a cultural and educational type of travel, whereas hiking in the mountains is more about outdoor adventure and nature. Also, city tours usually involve walking on flat surfaces and visiting historical sites, while mountain hiking requires physical effort and exploring wild landscapes.
I think both ways of travelling shown in the pictures have their advantages and disadvantages. City sightseeing, for example, allows you to learn about history, architecture, and local culture from a professional guide. As for mountain hiking, it gives you a chance to escape the city noise, breathe fresh air, and enjoy stunning views.
On the other hand, city sightseeing can be tiring because of large crowds and busy streets. As for mountain hiking, it can be physically demanding and sometimes even dangerous if the weather changes suddenly.
As for me, I would definitely prefer mountain hiking. I've always loved spending time in nature and challenging myself physically. Also, I find hiking more relaxing and rewarding because it helps me disconnect from daily stress and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.
That's all I wanted to tell you. Bye!
