Возможный вариант ответа:
Question 1: What is your favourite food? Why do you like it?
My favourite food is pelmeni, which are traditional Russian dumplings filled with meat. I like them because they are delicious, filling, and remind me of family dinners when my grandmother used to make them for us.
Question 2: Is there any food you'd dislike? If yes, what is it?
Yes, I really dislike olives and pickled vegetables because I find their taste too salty and bitter for my palate. I also try to avoid very spicy food because it upsets my stomach.
Question 3: Where do you usually shop for food?
I usually shop for food at the local supermarket near my house because it has a wide selection of fresh products and reasonable prices. Sometimes, I also visit the farmers' market on weekends to buy fresh vegetables, fruit, and dairy products directly from local producers.
Question 4: Do you prefer to eat in or to eat out? Why?
I prefer to eat in because home-cooked food is healthier and cheaper, and I know exactly what ingredients are used. However, I do enjoy eating out occasionally with my friends to try new cuisines and celebrate special occasions.
Question 5: What Russian dishes would you recommend to a foreigner?
I would definitely recommend borscht, which is a hearty beetroot soup served with sour cream, because it's one of the most famous Russian dishes. I would also suggest blini, which are thin pancakes that can be served with sweet or savoury fillings, and, of course, pelmeni, as they are a true taste of Russian home cooking.
