I believe that online shopping will become even more dominant in the future, with faster delivery times and more personalised recommendations based on artificial intelligence. However, I think physical stores won't disappear completely — instead, they will focus on providing unique experiences, such as interactive fitting rooms or in-store events, that you can't get online.
