Hi Kate, I’ve found two photos which I think work really well for our project “Education opportunities”, and I’d like to tell you about them.
Both photos show different ways of getting education. In the first photo, there are school students having a traditional lesson in a classroom. They are listening to a teacher and studying together. In the second photo, there are students from different countries learning foreign languages and communicating with each other. These ways of getting education are quite different. The first one represents regular school education, whereas the second one shows international educational opportunities. Also, traditional education provides direct communication with teachers, while international programs help students learn from people with different cultural backgrounds.
I think both ways of getting education have their advantages and disadvantages. Studying at school is useful because students can communicate with teachers and classmates and get structured knowledge. However, the choice of subjects can be limited and all students have to follow the same programme. As for international education, it helps people learn languages and understand other cultures. On the other hand, it can be expensive and students may face difficulties adapting to a new environment.
As for me, I would definitely prefer international education opportunities. I think studying with people from different countries can help me become more open-minded and develop useful skills. Besides, it gives students more chances for their future career.
That’s all I wanted to tell you. Bye!
