Hi Alex! I’ve chosen these two photos for our school project “Healthy lifestyle” because they show two different ways of staying healthy.

Cold activities can be useful because they improve willpower and help the body adapt to difficult conditions. However, they can be dangerous if a person is not prepared and can cause health problems.
Fitness training is also beneficial because it makes muscles stronger and helps people stay fit. On the other hand, it can be tiring and requires a lot of time and effort.

Personally, I would prefer doing exercises in a fitness centre because it is safer and more comfortable for me.
