Speaker A. If you ask me, I think our life is full of stress. Every day, we must be in many places, doing particular things with particular people. We have a lot of phone calls and messages to answer, a lot of information to react to, and a lot of things on our to-do list. That's why for me, the best way to relieve stress is to slow down. Less is more. When I feel I'm stressed out, I just try to do fewer things and do them slowly to really feel I'm doing them, to feel alive.
Speaker B. As for me, I never feel stressed out just because I understand that I have to love myself and find some proper time for myself. Every day I have an hour or so which I devote totally to myself and the things which fill me up with energy to go on. Sometimes it's just a long bath but it can also be listening to some good music or reading an interesting book or watching a film. It can be spending some time on your hobby. It should become a ritual for you.
Speaker C. In my opinion social media is biggest source of stress in people's life. What do you do first thing in the morning? I'm sure you're checking your messages and likes in your social media profiles. As soon as I understood that longing for likes and scrolling through my feed made me stressed, I gave up social media completely. If you think it's impossible, you may limit your time there, and very soon you'll see that your mood is getting better.
Speaker D. I used to be very unhappy with myself. It didn't matter how well I scored in the test or how good I looked. I thought it was just not good enough. I was very much stressed because of that, but then I understood that me is just me, and there are a lot of things I simply can't change about myself. You must be satisfied with what you have and who you are, otherwise you'll not be able to enjoy your life to the fullest. Remember, you are already good enough.
Speaker E. For me, Mother Nature is the best stress reliever. A long time ago, I made it a point to spend at least half an hour each day walking, and since that time, I've never broken this habit. When I walk, I try not to think about my problems or plan my next step. I just watch the trees and the flowers and the sky. These things are beautiful anytime. There are so many beautiful things around us. This is my personal stress therapy and it's so effective.
Speaker F. As far as I know many people try to be alone when they feel stressed out but to my mind it's totally wrong. There can't be any better remedy for stress than spending some quality time with your nearest and dearest. You are not alone. You can have lunch or go to the cinema with your friend, or you can just go for a walk together. You don't even have to talk much if you don't feel like it. Loneliness makes you stress worse, so seek the friend's company.
