In your message you ask me about food. Well, I don’t think we should eat only healthy meals. Most foods that are good for our health lack salt and spices. If you stick to such a diet, you’ll get bored with bland dishes. In my opinion, everyone can occasionally treat themselves to something unhealthy like a burger or fries. As for a Russian national dish, you can try cooking blini. You simply mix flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and a bit of baking soda and vinegar and cook them on a pan with butter. They are delicious, especially if you add jam or condensed milk.
By the way, I’m curious about your brother Donald’s mountain hike. Where did he go hiking? How long was it? Was the route difficult?
